Boot Sequence: Why I Started This Logbook
This is the first post on my personal site, and it marks a shift in how I want to document my work. I spend most of my time deep in infrastructure: server issues, network weirdness, service reliability, and keeping systems healthy in the real world.
A lot of that work never gets written down publicly, even when it contains useful lessons. This logbook is my space to fix that. Posts will be simple, direct, and practical.
What I Work On
- Hosting operations across VPS, dedicated infrastructure, and supporting platform tooling.
- Networking tasks including connectivity diagnostics, routing decisions, and reliability improvements.
- Monitoring and uptime workflows that help catch issues before users feel them.
- Hands-on maintenance for both hardware and software stacks across multiple projects.
What You Will See Here
- Quick incident breakdowns: what failed, what fixed it, and what changed after.
- Interesting problems from day-to-day support and operations.
- Write-ups on tools, scripts, dashboards, and small automation wins.
- Notes on cool projects I discover while working.
The goal is not polished marketing. The goal is useful notes from real technical work. If it helps someone solve a similar issue faster, then it did its job.
